This roke is ideal for a person with 2-8 years of experience in accountong. The positoon is tesponsible for data transmittals, financisl reporting, cadh flow tracking and related reporting and analysis.

This is an onsite role in Bakersfield,CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and supprt financial and accounting reports
• manage data trasmittals and related financial documentation

.

• Assist with cash flow tracking, reconciliations and reporting.
• Support accounting activities related to the family office.
• Provide administrative supprt to exeutive management as needed .
• maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive financisl information
• Collaborate effectively with the family office controller and internal stakeholders

.

Willingness to ask questions and learn effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finsnce or related field
• 2-8 years of professional accounting experience

.

• Sttong understanding of accpunting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skilks.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multipke priorities.
• Ability to work independently and also collaborate effectively with others.

Proficiency with MS Office

Prefered Qualifications:

-CPA or progress towards certification

• Prior experience in a family office, public accounting, or multi-entity corporate environment.
