, we’re building MEV-aware execution systems and high-performance on-chain trading engines across Ethereum and Solana.

We’re looking for a Go backend engineer who enjoys understanding systems deeply, solving technical problems, and building reliable production software.

Candidates must currently be based in Greece.

Remote or hybrid working and attendance at our Athens office can be agreed with the successful candidate.

What You’ll Do

• Build and optimize reliable, low-latency backend systems in Go for on-chain trading.
• Integrate with blockchain nodes, decentralized exchanges, and DeFi protocols.
• Investigate performance bottlenecks and production reliability issues.
• Collaborate with the team to improve trading execution and system performance.
• Contribute to design decisions and take ownership of features through implementation, testing, and deployment.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 2\+ years of backend development, with hands-on experience building production systems in

Go (Golang)

.

• Strong understanding of data structures and design patterns.
• Hacker mindset

: curious, resourceful, and pragmatic—reads source, instruments systems, and finds root causes quickly.

• Easy-going and collaborative—we value clear communication and a low-ego approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift.
• Fluent with Claude Code (or equivalent AI coding workflows)—we expect you to multiply your output with it.
• Fluent in Greek and English.

Bonus Points

• Experience with low-latency trading, exchange, or market-data systems.
• Hands-on performance profiling and optimization experience.
• Linux power-user skills.
• Blockchain node or client development, particularly Ethereum.
• Ethereum or Solana infrastructure, DEX integrations, or MEV experience.
• Solidity and familiarity with DeFi protocols.
