As our business continues to grow, so does our Learning \& Development team. Reporting directly to our

Learning \& Development Manager

, you'll play a key role in developing the next generation of Recruitment Consultants, ensuring every new starter receives the coaching, support and guidance they need to become successful within their first three months. You'll also work alongside our experienced consultants, helping to drive consistency, raise standards and embed best practice across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging induction training to all new starters, setting them up for success from day one.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support throughout each consultant's onboarding journey.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, activity levels and quality standards, providing regular feedback and development plans.
• Coach consultants through candidate pre-screening, interviews, compliance and recruitment best practice.
• Carry out quality audits to ensure company processes and compliance standards are consistently achieved.
• Work closely with Branch Managers to identify development opportunities and implement tailored coaching plans.
• Support and develop existing consultants, helping them improve performance, consistency and overall results.
• Deliver one-to-one coaching sessions, workshops and refresher training across the business.
• Track individual progress, celebrate success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Champion a culture of learning, accountability and high performance across every branch.

• Has a proven track record of building and developing a successful recruitment desk within an agency environment.
• Is passionate about developing people and genuinely enjoys seeing others succeed.
• Has a natural presence that inspires confidence and earns respect from day one.
• Brings energy, enthusiasm and positivity into every room, motivating those around them.
• Quickly builds trust and creates genuine buy-in from both new starters and experienced consultants.
• Is confident delivering training, coaching individuals and presenting to groups.
• Can challenge others in a supportive, constructive way that encourages growth and accountability.
• Has excellent emotional intelligence and knows how to adapt their coaching style to different personalities.
• Leads by example and consistently demonstrates the behaviours and standards they expect from others.
• Has a strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, quality standards and performance management.
• Is organised, proactive and passionate about driving continuous improvement.
• Holds a full UK driving licence and is happy to travel between branches when required.
