SOCIAL DM SETTER (INSIDE SALES)
BOLT FARM TREEHOUSE
Location: Remote, business operates in CST.
Role: Full‑time, performance‑driven, DM‑first sales.

BOLT FARM is America’s most iconic romantic luxury retreat brand. We create mountaintop experiences that help couples disconnect from noise and reconnect with each other. We do 8 figures in revenue and are scaling fast, with 1M\+ followers across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Your job: turn that attention into revenue via social DMs.
The Role
You run the “front door” of revenue in social DMs. You:
- Start conversations with new followers, story viewers, commenters, and engagers
- Open naturally and on‑brand (not spammy scripts)
- Ask concise questions to understand occasion, timing, budget, and intent
- Separate browsers from real buyers
- Route correctly:
Ready‑to‑book guests* send the right booking link with a short preframe
High‑value / complex / uncertain guests* book them onto a closer’s calendar with clear notes
- Follow up until there’s a clear outcome: booked, scheduled, or disqualified
- Keep HubSpot clean with accurate tags, notes, and dispositions
You are not customer support, a content manager, or an ad buyer. You are inside sales, DM‑first.
You report to the Sales Leader.
How You Win
You do the fundamentals every day:
- Start new DM conversations
- Create qualified leads
- Book calls for closers
- Protect show rate with good qualification and reminders
- Drive DM‑to‑booking conversion and DM‑originated revenue
All of this is tracked. Performance is visible and objective.
Compensation \& Path
- OTE $65,000 - $75, 000\+ with uncapped earnings
- Base pay \+ performance compensation tied to:
- Booked calls (with qualified leads)
- DM‑originated revenue
- Participation in team-wide bonuses
- Clear scorecard, weekly feedback, and a defined path into a phone closer role if you perform.
