What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and mature agile delivery by forming high-performing cross-domain teams
• Enable cross-domain collaboration to remove impediments and align priorities
• Standardize and optimize agile practices and performance measures
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders on Lean-Agile principles
• Foster continuous improvement and a culture of learning across teams and domains

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, or related discipline)
• Minimum of 6\+ years of IT and program management experience within Agile environments
• Minimum of 6 years in an agile role capacity, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong expertise in Lean-Agile frameworks with advanced Agile certification(s) preferred
• Proven success in cross-functional program delivery and agile transformation initiatives

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Point of Sale systems in a retail setting
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Ability to assess and implement scaling practices that balance governance with empowerment
• Passion for advancing agility within complex enterprise ecosystems
