The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

Power BI and/or Tableau

, experience designing executive-level dashboards, and the ability to standardize KPI frameworks across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Dashboard Development \& Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Support weekly and monthly reporting cadence with accurate and timely insights.
• Develop automated reporting pipelines to streamline data refresh and distribution.
• Ensure dashboards are aligned with executive-level visibility and strategic objectives.

🔹 KPI Tracking \& Standardization

• Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across functions.
• Standardize KPI definitions and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency.
• Maintain documentation for KPI logic, calculations, and governance standards.

🔹 Analytical Insights \& Performance Monitoring

• Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and root cause investigations.
• Identify performance drivers, risk indicators, and emerging patterns.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on analytical findings.
• Support business reviews with structured, data-driven insights.

🔹 Data \& Automation

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and pipeline efficiency.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows for reporting and dashboard updates.
• Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:

+ Power BI

+ Tableau

• Experience building executive dashboards and automated reporting pipelines.
• Proven experience in KPI tracking and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical skills including:

+ Trend analysis

+ Variance analysis

+ Root cause investigation

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and validation.
• Excellent business communication and data storytelling skills.
