The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Power BI and/or Tableau
, experience designing executive-level dashboards, and the ability to standardize KPI frameworks across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Dashboard Development \& Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Support weekly and monthly reporting cadence with accurate and timely insights.
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to streamline data refresh and distribution.
- Ensure dashboards are aligned with executive-level visibility and strategic objectives.
🔹 KPI Tracking \& Standardization
- Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across functions.
- Standardize KPI definitions and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency.
- Maintain documentation for KPI logic, calculations, and governance standards.
🔹 Analytical Insights \& Performance Monitoring
- Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and root cause investigations.
- Identify performance drivers, risk indicators, and emerging patterns.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on analytical findings.
- Support business reviews with structured, data-driven insights.
🔹 Data \& Automation
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and pipeline efficiency.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows for reporting and dashboard updates.
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
+ Power BI
+ Tableau
- Experience building executive dashboards and automated reporting pipelines.
- Proven experience in KPI tracking and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical skills including:
+ Trend analysis
+ Variance analysis
+ Root cause investigation
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and validation.
- Excellent business communication and data storytelling skills.
