Manajer Marketing

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies (online \& offline) aligned with company goals
• Lead and coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads and increase conversion rates
• Create and manage creative campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and influencer/KOL collaborations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/agencies to ensure effective promotions
• Promote products and services through innovative and strategic marketing initiatives
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns (ads, social media, etc.)
• Manage and lead the marketing team to achieve targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing (managerial experience is a plus)
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing (social media, performance ads, campaign management)
• Target-oriented with a proven track record of driving sales growth
• Experience in leading teams and working with agencies/partners
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Experience in lifestyle / fitness / gym industry is a plus.
