Position Summary
The Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and long-term strategy of the organization’s enterprise infrastructure, identity services, endpoint management platforms, and hybrid cloud environments. This role serves as the primary technical authority for core systems, ensuring infrastructure remains secure, scalable, highly available, and aligned with business growth objectives.
As a senior-level individual contributor within Information Technology, this position provides technical leadership through engineering expertise, architecture guidance, and operational excellence rather than direct personnel management. The Systems Engineer partners closely with IT leadership and support teams to establish standards, drive automation initiatives, and continuously improve the organization’s technology ecosystem.

- RequiredBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and ex
- perience.5\+ years of progressive experience in systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, network engineering, or related technic
- al roles.Experience supporting enterprise environments spanning networking, identity management, endpoint management, and cloud-based infras
- tructure.Strong understanding of infrastructure security, system administration, and enterprise technology op
