Creative Director, Healthcare

We’re looking for a Creative Director with deep healthcare experience to join our team.

Skills and experience

• Minimum 10 years agency experience with at least two years leading cross-functional teams
• Healthcare experience required; pharma experience strongly preferred
• Copy or design background
• Exceptional portfolio with compelling concepts and multi-channel activation
• Experience leading creative development from concept through execution, ensuring work is strategic, compelling, and delivered on time
• Ability to translate business objectives into effective creative solutions
• Experience developing positioning strategy and brand narrative
• Experience framing Discovery to surface insights essential to brand and creative strategy
• Fluency across digital, social, events, print
• Passion for problem solving and systems thinking
• Comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity
• Proven success cultivating client relationships and influence
• Comfort handling numerous projects and reprioritization in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident and persuasive presentation skills
• Passion for learning and entrepreneurial mindset
• Positive, solution-oriented outlook
• Exceptional attention to detail
