As Business Development Manager Metalworking Fluids, you expand our footprint in industrial lubricants. You build strong distributor networks, unlock new markets and turn strategy into tangible growth.

You work remotely, but you’re constantly connected to the market. You travel internationally to meet partners, develop business and stay close to opportunities.Your biggest challenge

You grow our indirect business across key markets. That means you spot opportunities, build strong partnerships and translate strategy into results.

You think strategically and act decisively. You take ownership and move things forward, wherever the opportunity is.What you’ll doGrow the business

You expand our indirect channel and drive sales of metalworking fluids and industrial lubricants. You win new business and strengthen existing partnerships.Build strong networks

You identify, onboard and develop distributors in key markets. You build long-term relationships that drive growth, often face-to-face.Shape strategy

You bring insights on market trends, pricing and competition. You help define and execute the go-to-market strategy. You translate these insights into clear and compelling business cases for resellers and potential partners.Drive performance \& P\&L

You manage budgets, monitor results and take ownership of the full P\&L. You drive revenue, optimize margins and ensure strong financial performance. You clearly articulate the business case behind your decisions to stakeholders.Connect internally

You act as the link between distributors and Q8\. You align with sales, marketing, product and technical teams.Solve and improve

You tackle challenges in the sales chain and ensure smooth operations. You keep customer satisfaction high.Strengthen the portfolio

You gather market insights and work with product teams to grow our presence in industrial applications.Stay visible in the market

You travel regularly, meet partners and attend events to stay ahead of market developments.

In short: you drive growth, own your business and strengthen Q8Oils internationally.This is you* You have a degree in economics, engineering or similar experience

  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in industrial or metalworking lubricants
  • You have a strong track record in business development
  • You understand distributor models and indirect sales channels
  • You think internationally and act strategically
  • You communicate with impact and build strong relationships
  • You take ownership and work independently
  • You are willing to travel frequently
  • You are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
