Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Our Naples Franchise clinic is centrally located and easily accessible from Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island, and South Naples.

Position Overview

This role is perfect for early-career PTAs and new graduates seeking structured mentorship, clinical autonomy, and long-term career development.

You will:

• Assist in the care of adult and senior patients
• Support outcomes-focused, patient-centered therapy
• Work closely with PTs to develop and implement treatment plans
• Have opportunities to expand responsibilities as you grow
• Enjoy a flexible start date

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with comprehensive evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a PT
• Deliver evidence-based care in:

+ Outpatient orthopedics

+ Balance \& vestibular rehabilitation

+ Neurological rehabilitation

• Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients
• Document treatments accurately and timely
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive clinic culture
• Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and clinical skill development

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in Florida (or license-eligible)
• New grads welcome; 1-5 years experience also encouraged
• Solid foundation in orthopedic physical therapy
• Interest in balance and vestibular rehabilitation
• Coachable, motivated, and patient-centered
• Team-oriented with a desire for long-term growth
