Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting activities across multiple business functions
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, operational trends, and strategic initiatives
• Analyze monthly financial results and prepare management reporting with clear variance analysis and actionable insights
• Partner with department leaders to monitor budgets, KPIs, and overall financial performance
• Conduct detailed analysis on revenue and expense drivers to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure data accuracy and support month-end close activities
• Contribute to automation initiatives that improve forecasting, reporting, and financial infrastructure processes
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis, special projects, and executive-level presentations as business needs evolve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of FP\&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and scenario analysis
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or operationally complex environments
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to communicate insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
• Exposure to large data sets, reporting platforms, SQL, or BI tools such as Tableau or Sigma is a plus
