Role \& Responsibilities

Roles \& Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end growth of the D2C business, including revenue, profitability, and unit economics.
  • Responsible for meeting monthly/quarterly/annual targets for the brand website.
  • Manage digital acquisition, performance marketing, and channel efficiency across paid, affiliate, and

influencer channels.

  • Lead retention, CRM, and lifecycle strategies across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, and loyalty/referral

programs.

  • Own CRO, run A/B experiments, improve website/landing page funnels, and work with tech/design for UX

upgrades.

  • Monitor customer experience, logistics, cancellations/RTO reduction, and collaborate with CX teams.
  • Build dashboards, track KPIs, analyse performance data, and drive decision-making through insights.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong D2C Growth Manager / Ecommerce Growth Manager profiles
  • Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 4\+ years of experience in D2C, Ecommerce, Consumer Internet, or Digital-first brands.
  • Mandatory (Experience 2) – Candidate should currently be working as a Growth Manager, Ecommerce Manager, D2C Growth Manager, Retention Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, or similar growth-focused role.
  • Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have end-to-end ownership of website revenue/business, including acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Mandatory (Experience 4) – Strong hands-on experience managing performance marketing channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Affiliates, Influencer Marketing, and other paid acquisition channels.
  • Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience owning and improving key growth metrics such as ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate, AOV, LTV, Repeat Purchase Rate, and Revenue.
  • Mandatory (Experience 6) – Experience driving retention and CRM initiatives through Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, Loyalty Programs, and Customer Lifecycle campaigns.
  • Mandatory (Experience 7) – Hands-on experience with Shopify and growth analytics tools such as GA4, WebEngage, Mixpanel, Clevertap, MoEngage, or similar platforms.
  • Mandatory (Experience 8) – Strong experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), A/B Testing, Landing Page Optimization, Funnel Analysis, and Website Growth.
  • Preferred (Domain) – Candidates from D2C Wellness, Health, Beauty, Personal Care, Nutrition, FMCG, Lifestyle, Fashion, or Consumer Brands will be preferred.
