Description

This role is for a junior front-end web developer focused on digital optimization and A/B/MVT testing. You will contribute to the technical planning, development, and quality assurance of experiments designed to enhance digital member experiences and achieve business objectives. Working closely with senior team members, you'll implement digital tests, act as a technical subject matter expert, and build a strong understanding of optimization best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to delivering effective solutions on schedule and within defined parameters.
