Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with 2–3 years in debt fundraising or financial services to join our Bangalore team. The role involves managing end-to-end debt fundraising activities, building relationships with lenders, and maintaining high-quality financial and investor data. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coordinating fundraising transactions and strong data management capabilities.

Key job responsibilities

Debt Fundraising \& Execution

  • Identify and engage with banks, Non-Banking Financial Company, and financial institutions for debt funding
  • Support and execute end-to-end debt fundraising transactions (term loans, working capital, structured finance)
  • Prepare financial models, credit notes, and information memorandums
  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) for timely data and documentation
  • Manage due diligence processes and lender queries

Investor / Lender Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular communication with lenders and stakeholders
  • Track discussions, negotiations, and deal progress
  • Assist in structuring deals based on business requirements and market conditions

Data Management \& Reporting (Critical Requirement)

  • Maintain and update lender/investor databases with high accuracy
  • Track deal pipelines, sanction status, disbursements, and repayments
  • Ensure proper documentation, version control, and data integrity
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and periodic updates for management
  • Organize financial records, agreements, and compliance documents

Compliance \& Documentation

  • Ensure all fundraising activities comply with internal and external guidelines
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for all transactions
  • Coordinate with legal teams for agreements and closures

Basic Qualifications

  • 2\+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Master's degree or above in finance or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of experience in debt fundraising, corporate finance, banking, or Non-Banking Financial Company
  • Strong understanding of debt instruments (term loans, working capital, Non-Convertible Debentures, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2\+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience in technical document writing using Visio, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint
