Role and Responsibilities

• Understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Audit existing applications and identify opportunities for UX and design improvements.
• Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for digital platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Work on creative platform and product design initiatives across web and mobile.
• Collaborate closely with cross-vertical teams to understand requirements and ensure design alignment.
• Gather and analyse user-specific feedback and implement necessary design improvements.
• Work on responsive web designs and mobile-first experiences.
• Ensure consistency in design, usability, and overall user experience across platforms.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and evolving product requirements.
