Job Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
:
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns and online acquisition strategies for Astro \& Sooka.
- Manage boosting from ad platforms from platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and SEM.
- Monitor and report on ad spend within the allocated budget for Astro \& Sooka.
- Involved in planning digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Collaborate with agencies to optimize paid ad strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize User Experience
- Manage target audience lists on ad platforms and CDP platform like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
CRM And CDP Management
- Utilize CRM and CDP tools such as Salesforce, Insider, or CleaverTap to manage customer data and enhance marketing strategies.
- Implement and optimize CRM campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM and CDP insights into broader marketing initiatives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
+ Utilize Microsoft Excel for weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance and affiliate program metrics.
+ Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
+ Utilize analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple touch points and channel.
Requirements
- Degree holder preferably in Marketing or Advertising related discipline.
- Working experience in Digital Marketing or Digital services industry.
- Experience with CRM and CDP tools such as Salesforce, Insider, or CleaverTap.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
