ABOUT THE ROLE

The

Designer

plays a key role in bringing ideas to life across print, digital, and experiential touchpoints. This is a hands-on design role for someone who is comfortable moving between concepting and execution, brand and production, consumer and B2B. This is a Cincinnati based role with required time in our office in Evendale.

You will work across advertising, brand systems, digital experiences, and packaging, partnering closely with creative, strategy, media, and development teams. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, takes pride in craft, and can adapt quickly across formats and audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role spans concepting, execution, and production support across channels.

• Design and develop creative across branding, marketing campaigns, websites, packaging, presentations, and other brand touchpoints
• Support the creation and evolution of brand identities and visual systems
• Create compelling digital and print assets across a variety of channels and client needs
• Execute polished, production-ready work with strong attention to detail and consistency
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to bring ideas from concept through execution

EXPERIENCE \& SKILLS

This role requires a strong design foundation with broad, real-world application.

• 3–6\+ years of professional design experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment
• Exceptional design craft with strong skills in typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Experience developing brand identities, visual systems, and marketing creative across print and digital
• Experience designing websites, landing pages, or digital experiences; familiarity with UX principles preferred
• Packaging design experience strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required; Figma experience strongly preferred
• Motion design or animation experience is a plus but not mandatory
