As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, supporting client engagement, and helping drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition \& Lead Generation

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients.

Collaboration with Recruiting Team

• Communicate client hiring needs and job requirements to recruiters.
• Partner with the recruiting team to ensure strong alignment on candidate profiles.
• Provide updates to clients regarding candidate submissions, interviews, and hiring progress.

Market Research \& Commercial Insights

• Stay informed about staffing trends, talent market shifts, and competitive landscape.
• Track industry events, company hiring announcements, and organizational changes.
• Contribute insights that help shape outreach strategies and messaging.

Administrative \& CRM Management

• Maintain accurate records in CRM/ATS systems.

Qualifications

• 1\+ years of business development in agency staffing experience is required.
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and relationship building.
• Coachable, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
