Role Description

This is a full-time Civil Engineer position located on-site in Waukesha, WI. The Civil Engineer will handle the design and planning of projects, ensuring compliance with building standards and regulations. Responsibilities include performing stormwater management analysis, preparing project documentation, collaborating with team members, and overseeing implementation to ensure successful project delivery. This role will also involve the application of civil engineering principles to design safe and effective infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skills in Civil Engineering Design and general Civil Engineering principles
• Proficiency in project Planning and ability to manage timelines and resources
• Experience with Stormwater Management systems and methods
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team of Civil Engineers
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in engineering software tools and applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., EIT or PE license) are a plus
