A well-established, growing transportation organization is seeking a

hands-on Operations Manager

to lead its Knoxville market. This is a

visible, local leadership role

responsible for operations execution, team leadership, facility standards, and market growth.

We are seeking local Knoxville candidates who know Knoxville and the territory/community well.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the on-site leader for professional drivers and staff
• Own day-to-day operations, facility appearance, and local brand presence
• Collaborate closely with dispatch, safety, and leadership teams
• Actively support

charter sales growth

and community relationships within the local market

• Represent the organization with clients, partners, and at community events
• Provide operational support and leadership beyond standard business hours as needed

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5\+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (operations, transportation, logistics, or sales)
• Strong people leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive local growth
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing, DOT-regulated environment
• Someone who enjoys being visible, engaged, and accountable for results
