Senior IT Project Manager - Digital Health Platforms

Hays’ client is a high-growth, disruptive Digital Health and Wellness brand headquartered in Dubai. Currently scaling at pace across the GCC, they are a pioneer in functional wellness, combining a premium marketplace with advanced telehealth services. This is a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where the "corporate" mold is broken in favor of agility, AI-driven operations, and a "find a way" culture. You will work directly with the Founder \& CEO as a strategic partner and operational multiplier.

Your New Role

This is not a traditional PM role; it is a Chief of Staff-style leadership position. You will own the execution of the company’s most critical initiatives, serving as the bridge between the Founder’s vision and market reality.

• Platform \& Telehealth Launch:

Own the end-to-end rollout of a complex digital health ecosystem, managing the journey from user intake to diagnostics and clinical consultation.

• AI \& Operational Automation:

Act as an "AI-native" operator, identifying and implementing tools to automate content production, customer service, and supply chain workflows to reclaim time for the leadership team.

• Growth \& Campaign Execution:

Project-manage high-stakes marketing campaigns and product release calendars, ensuring cross-functional alignment between tech, creative, and media buying.

• Supply Chain \& Product Development:

Coordinate with international suppliers and diagnostic partners to manage formulation timelines, testing, and SKU readiness for the premium marketplace.

• Strategic Expansion:

Track the B2B pipeline for regional expansion into KSA and other key GCC markets, managing partnership agreements and regulatory timelines.

What You'll Need to Succeed

We are looking for a systems-minded operator who thinks in frameworks and thrives in the "70% information" zone.

You must ideally have experience project managing the end to end platform creation and launch of the product, where the build has been outsourced to external developers which you are overseeing.

• Experience:

5\+ years in Operations or Project Management, preferably within

Digital Health, Telehealth, E-commerce, or a scaling Wellness brand

.

• Mindset:

A "puzzle-solver" attitude. You don’t bring problems to the table; you bring options. You are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid shifts in priority.

• AI Fluency:

You view AI as core infrastructure. You are likely already using it to streamline your own workflows and can train a team to do the same.

• Communication:

Exceptional professional English is non-negotiable, as you represent the Founder and brand.

Arabic language skills

are a significant advantage for GCC expansion.

• Technical Literacy:

Proficiency with modern PM tools (Asana, Monday, Linear, or Notion) and a solid grasp of ROI and budget tracking.
