Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic alliances and execute joint business plans with named partners.
- Drive co-sell motions, pipeline development, and effective utilization of MDF funds.
- Enable partners through training, certifications, and joint marketing initiatives.
- Lead joint campaigns, webinars, and events to generate demand and expand market reach.
- Conduct regular quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to monitor performance and refine partner strategy.
Qualifications
- 7\+ years of experience in channel or partner management.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence across organizations and manage joint initiatives effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in driving partner success.
