Harmonic Health Consultants d/b/a Regenexx Cayman is a world-class, orthopedic stem cell clinic, and it is welcoming applications from
Registered Nurses
for consideration for full-time employment. International candidates who are not currently residing in the Cayman Islands must be willing to relocate.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, or similar, from an accredited university, with at least five (5) years’ nursing experience is required. Candidates must be registered, or eligible for registration, with the Cayman Islands Nursing Midwifery Council of the Health Practice Commission.

Institutional Registration

Proficiency required in the following areas:
- Patient intake and triage
- IV placement
- Blood draws (large volume) - such as those completed during blood donations for blood banking
- Sterile technique
- Administering and monitoring anesthesia/conscious sedation
- Supporting and assisting physicians in the procedure room
- Recovering patients
- Charting of nursing notes and administrative reporting
- Dispensing prescribed medications and maintenance of medication/prescription log
Excellent English language skills - including fluency in all aspects of the language - listening/speaking, writing, reading and comprehension - are a must. If you are not a native speaker, you must provide results of English language testing. The ability to work independently, to facilitate efficiency as part of a small team, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is crucial. Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality is essential. Current BLS certification is required and ACLS certification is advantageous. If you are offered the position and you are not ACLS certified, you will be expected to pass your certification within three months. Experience in international/concierge healthcare, PACU/ASC environment, orthopedics, and/or regenerative medicine is advantageous. Supervisory experience is also considered advantageous.
The successful candidate will create a safe and welcoming environment, provide warm and caring patient-focused care, and will follow all standards of care and company policies.
Work hours are subject to variation (as required), including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Time in lieu will be granted at the discretion of a supervisor.
