Software Engineer - Backend

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement on-prem and cloud-based systems for scalability and security.
- Build and maintain high-availability backend services and reusable frameworks.
- Develop and optimize data platform solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile sprints.
- Continuously monitor and enhance system performance.
Qualifications:
- 4\+ years of experience in backend development.
- Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and experience with peer code reviews to maintain code quality.
- Experience in designing, building, and running microservices in a polyglot environment, leveraging technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and FastAPI.
- Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS.
