  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and core software development practices
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain custom web-based applications, including collaboration tools, financial systems, and spectrum management platforms for aerospace stakeholders
  • Design, build, and optimize software solutions by adding new features, improving performance, and fixing defects
  • Integrate both custom-built and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) technologies into cohesive applications
  • Design and implement database schemas, queries, and data access layers to support application functionalities
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including requirements specifications, system diagrams, and workflow logic
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables meet quality standards
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure reliability and efficiency of applications
  • Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry best practices to continually improve development processes

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range from $90,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
  • Comprehensive health care, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • Life insurance and disability benefits
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company contributions
  • Educational assistance programs to support continuous learning
  • Paid time off including vacation, holidays, and other paid leave as required by law
