Job Description:

Pay Range: $60\.51hr - $65\.51hr

  • The HR Generalist will support day-to-day human resources operations, including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration.
  • This role acts as a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented while supporting organizational goals.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Experience in human resources operations or generalist role.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, and HR operations.
  • Experience working with HR systems and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with employee relations and respond to HR-related inquiries.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with benefits administration and HR compliance activities.
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support HR reporting and documentation requirements.
  • Collaborate with management on HR-related matters and workforce planning.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in recruitment support and talent acquisition.

  • HR compliance and documentation.

  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualification And Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent experience in HR roles may be considered.
