Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and discovery materials.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments for attorneys.
- Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and other stakeholders.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and assembling exhibits.

Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Assistant, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role within a legal environment.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, documentation, and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using legal management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and research databases.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
