Role Summary

We are looking for a healthcare-focused Business Analyst to bridge clinical stakeholders and engineering teams. The role involves translating hospital workflows into structured product requirements and ensuring our AI-driven solutions deliver measurable impact in real-world clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Requirements \& Discovery

• Conduct discovery sessions with doctors, nurses, admissions teams, and hospital leadership
• Map clinical workflows (care coordination, discharge, handoffs, device monitoring)
• Identify automation opportunities using AI-driven assistants
• Create user stories, BRDs, use cases, and BPMN/swimlane diagrams
• Define integration requirements using

FHIR / HL7 standards

2\. Product Collaboration

• Work with Product Managers \& AI teams on roadmap and feature prioritization (MoSCoW)
• Translate clinical needs into functional specifications
• Define conversational workflows for AI agents and alert logic
• Support UAT with real-world clinical test scenarios

3\. Compliance \& Data

• Ensure alignment with

HIPAA, NABH, JCI standards

• Define data handling for PHI, audit logs, and RBAC
• Support compliance documentation for enterprise clients

4\. Stakeholder \& Client Engagement

• Assist in pre-sales (demos, RFPs, capability discussions)
• Conduct post-implementation analysis (adoption, impact)
• Maintain documentation in

JIRA, Confluence, and knowledge bases

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business, Health Informatics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
• Healthcare IT certifications (CPHIMS, CHDA) – preferred

Experience

• 4–8 years as Business Analyst (Healthcare IT / SaaS preferred)
• Experience with hospital workflows, EMR/HIS systems
• Hands-on exposure to

FHIR R4 / HL7 v2\.x

• Agile/Scrum experience

Technical Skills

• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio
• SQL (intermediate)
• APIs (REST), JSON
• HL7 message types (ADT, ORU, ORM)
• Cloud basics (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Soft Skills

• Strong communication with clinical \& leadership stakeholders
• Analytical thinking \& structured problem-solving
• Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment
• Empathy-driven mindset toward healthcare users

Preferred / Bonus
