About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Business Analyst
to join our Product \& Engineering team. This role sits at the intersection of
Quality Assurance and Business Analysis
, playing a key part in ensuring that products are high-quality, well-documented, and aligned with business needs.
You’ll collaborate closely with
Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders
to validate solutions, improve workflows, and support delivery. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and making a direct impact.
What You’ll Do
- Document
business processes, workflows, and system behaviors
- Gather and refine
requirements
for new features and system enhancements
- Collaborate with engineers to
clarify requirements and resolve open questions
- Design, execute, and maintain
test plans and test cases
- Identify, track, and validate
bugs and fixes
- Perform
regression testing
to ensure product stability
- Partner with Product teams to
prioritize improvements
based on QA insights and business goals
What We’re Looking For
- 3\+ years of experience in
Business Analysis, QA, or a hybrid role
- Strong
attention to detail
with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work
cross-functionally
with technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable in
fast-paced environments
with evolving priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience with
Salesforce or CRM systems
- Familiarity with tools like
Jira, Confluence, or similar
