Job Description
- Enterprise Application Support (Infor ERP Ln)
- Co-ordination with internal teams and user call handling
- Analysis and resolution of recurring issues
- System Improvements: Automation / program changes
- Managing training needs of end users
- Providing reports: SSRS , Power Bi Dashboards
- Project Management
- End User Interactions and hand holding
- Incident Handling and resolution
- Implementation of IT projects / Roll out to Business
Required Skillset
- Knowledge of ERP LN
- Understanding of overall business cycle
- Project Management
- Integration between ERP LN, PLM and other ECOM applications
