MSK Physiotherapist

We are hiring! We are looking for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join our team full-time across Thornbury and Yate in August 2026\.

Salary £38-44k depending on experience.

This role is ideal for a Physio who enjoys working in a positive, supportive environment, values clinical autonomy, and wants to feel genuinely involved in the direction of the clinic. You’ll be delivering outstanding MSK care to a varied private caseload, working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in our Yate and Thornbury clinics.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering high-quality, patient-centred MSK physiotherapy

Managing your own caseload with confidence and autonomy

Making appropriate onward referrals when needed

Contributing to regular CPD and case discussion meetings

Supporting the clinic at local sports events (optional but encouraged)

Helping to develop long-term patient relationships within the clinic

About You

HCPC \& CSP registered

Eligible to work in the UK

Ideally 2\+ years’ experience in private practice (but we’re open to discussing this for the right candidate)

Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills

Approachable, professional, and enjoys being part of a team
