Chief Strategy and Growth Officer

ACC is seeking candidates for a dynamic Chief Strategy and Growth Officer (CSGO) to help lead the organization into its next era of growth and influence.

Reporting directly to the President, the CSGO serves as ACC’s senior integrator by driving revenue growth, strengthening member value, and advancing strategic partnerships at a pivotal moment in the association’s history. With ACC’s 50th Annual Meeting on the horizon, this leader will be instrumental in shaping the organization’s long-term vision and impact across the aviation and airport consulting industry. The CSGO will own enterprise-level strategy, lead high-impact programs and events, build transformative sponsorships and partnerships, and champion the systems and culture that enable ACC to scale.

The candidate will bring:

• 10\+ years of senior leadership in associations, aviation, AEC, transportation, or infrastructure
• Proven success in revenue development, strategy execution, and organizational change
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and knowledge of FAA/airport ecosystems
• Executive-level communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
