We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a fully remote, flexible contract position serving patients across Indiana and beyond. This role is built entirely around your schedule — you set your own hours, work from anywhere, and take on as little as 8 hours per week, with no on-call, no after-hours, and no hospital floors. Ever.

This is not a traditional psychiatric role. The platform integrates evidence-based care with AI-powered clinical decision support, a custom-built EMR, and measurement-based outcomes tracking — giving you cutting-edge tools to deliver highly personalized psychiatric care while practicing with full clinical autonomy alongside psychiatrist support.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care via telehealth — synchronous video consultations and asynchronous messaging
• Evaluate patient records and make prescribing decisions with AI-assisted clinical decision support
• Deliver medication-related counseling and individualized treatment planning
• Complete charting within 48 hours of each session
• Maintain a 72-hour messaging response window for patients
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and fellow providers through internal forums and 1:1 consultations

Compensation

• Up to $115/hr (commensurate with experience and hours worked)

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted APRN license in Indiana required
• PMHNP certification required
• Minimum 2 years of autonomous post-graduate PMHNP experience
• Previous outpatient psychiatric experience required
• Telehealth experience and strong technology comfort level required
• Licensed in 4\+ states strongly preferred
• Experience working with adolescents strongly preferred
• Opted in to Medicare/Medicaid required
• Must be technology-savvy and detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
