Overview
Promote the goals and core values of Accurate Private Care, Inc. by demonstrating professional and ethical work practices while fostering excellence and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. Under the direction of the company partners, ensure that processes are implemented and maintained to improve the effectiveness of daily workflow. Supervise the Case Management and Scheduling Teams by providing training, support, and guidance as needed, while ensuring compliance with IDPH reporting requirements. Regularly review IDPH policies and updates, share relevant changes with the management team, and ensure that proper adjustments are made to maintain compliance and best practices. Develop and implement new programs designed to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and overall team performance. The goal is to exceed client satisfaction through effective advocacy and consistent communication with clients, their families, other service providers, and the team at Accurate Private Care, Inc. Provide a comprehensive and coordinated approach to organizing, managing, and overseeing both direct and indirect care services.
Responsibilities
● Maintain leadership and lead operational strategic planning for Case Management and Scheduling teams to increase client and caregiver satisfaction.
● Oversee and develop day-to-day operations of Case Management and Scheduling teams
● Manage office staff’s calendar and internal meetings and events
● Lead internal meetings, keeping sign-in sheets and minutes where necessary
● Assist with onboarding, training and mentoring new staff members
● Manage client cases and participate in on-call rotation as needed
● Conduct regular Quality Assurance of clients’ satisfaction and ongoing needs
● Maintain regular Quality Assurance of Case management and Scheduling Teams, including but not limited to auditing job related documentation and conducting performance reviews
● Oversee that internal rate sheets are revised on an annual basis and client accounts are updated accordingly
● Review Incident Reports and implement interventions where needed, file accordingly
● Ensure office staff partake in required annual trainings such as Abuse Prevention and Reporting and Sexual Harassment, promote new
● Implement a strong education and training for team members
● Ensure documents are always current, organized and digitally stored
● Oversee daily operations to ensure and improve efficient and proper procedures and practices between Schedulers and Case Managers
● Follow and promote confidentiality involving client and family information
● Track Client Satisfaction through annual satisfaction surveys
● Updating company policies and forms in compliance with industry standards
● Compile IDPH reportables, conduct POC, license renewal
● Maintain regulatory compliance with state and federal guidelines through
ongoing review of policies, procedures, and industry practices
● Assist with in-person caregiver orientation and training as needed
● Provide Crisis Management and Behavioral intervention support
● Conduct quarterly market analysis of industry shifts and changes
● Participate in monthly Leadership meetings with Board of Directors and report company progress
● Develop and implement new programs ensuring the successful growth of the company
● Beyond the listed duties, this role requires using industry knowledge to stay current, anticipate needs, and contribute in areas not explicitly outlined but essential to the organization’s success.
Qualifications
● College degree required; Sales, Healthcare or Social Work background a plus.
● Minimum of 3-4 years of related experience in case management and scheduling of caregivers.
● Supervisory experience is a must.
● Possess skills and ability to utilize various software programs.
● Must have a desire to work with older adults and be able to establish a relationship of trust and confidence; be highly organized, self-motivated, and patient.
Compensation \& Benefits
- $92,000 based on experience
