Director Delivery – Data & AI

The Program / Engagement Technical Director – Data \& AI is a senior, client‑facing leadership role responsible for shaping, delivering, and governing complex data and analytics engagements. This role combines deep hands‑on expertise across the data and AI lifecycle with strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities, ensuring solutions align with business outcomes, architectural best practices, and long‑term scalability.

Required Qualifications

12\+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data architecture roles

Proven experience leading client‑facing data and analytics programs

Strong hands‑on understanding of data architecture patterns and the end‑to‑end data lifecycle

Ability to clearly articulate data architecture, data modeling, and AI enablement concepts to business and technical audiences

Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management and executive‑level communication

Experience delivering cloud‑based data platforms at enterprise scale

Strong leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills

Experience integrating AI and advanced analytics into enterprise data platforms

Familiarity with semantic layers, natural language analytics, or knowledge graph approaches

Product‑oriented mindset with focus on business outcomes and value realization

Preferred Qualifications

Commercial real estate or related industry exposure (preferred, not required)

Experience designing or scaling data practices and engagement models
