Construction Superintendent

Job description:

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team with the preferred location of Texas! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Required to travel.

The team includes highly experienced project managers with knowledge in ground up construction, PEMB, tenant build outs, and major remodels.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• 5\+ years previous experience in commercial construction (retail, restaurant, industrial, medical, etc.)
• Familiarity with construction management software a plus (Procore)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Pay:

$70,000\.00 - $95,000\.00 per year
