Your New Role

As an AI Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy

LLM-powered applications

within a cloud-native environment. You will operate as a hands-on builder, contributing to both

AI product development

and the establishment of best practices across

evaluation, safety, and governance

.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working end-to-end on AI solutions and wants to play a key role in shaping an organisation’s internal AI capability.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience as an

AI Engineer working with GenAI / LLM-based solutions

• Strong track record of

building and deploying AI applications into production

• Experience in

LLM evaluation, testing frameworks, and performance monitoring

• Strong

prompt engineering

skills with demonstrated optimisation capability

• Experience implementing

AI safety, guardrails, or governance controls

• Exposure to

red teaming, adversarial testing, or jailbreaking techniques

• Strong experience working with

AWS / cloud environments

• Proficiency in

Python

and relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex)

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and deploying

internal AI tools

to support enterprise users

• Designing and maintaining

LLM evaluation frameworks

• Conducting

model testing, red teaming, and jailbreak analysis

• Developing and optimising

prompt strategies and reusable libraries

• Implementing

guardrails for safe and responsible AI usage

• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact AI use cases
• Working within

AWS

to build scalable, production-ready AI systems
