Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management.
• Oversee enterprise security operations (SOC/SIEM, IAM, incident response).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS2; manage ISMS and audits.
• Lead security for M\&A, divestitures, and due diligence.
• Approve security architecture and advise on business risk decisions.
• Report security posture to executive leadership.

Requirements:

• 8\+ years in cybersecurity, including 3\+ years in a senior leadership role (CISO/Head of Security).
• Experience in M\&A security and organizational separations.
• Strong expertise in IAM, SOC/SIEM, ISMS, or cloud security.
• Executive-level communication skills and business risk translation.
• Fluent English required.
