Growth Marketing Manager

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will own paid acquisition and lead generation end-to-end. You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving conversion efficiency, and building scalable growth systems. This is a high-ownership role that combines performance marketing, analytical thinking, and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end paid acquisition across platforms including Google, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Lead generation strategy with a focus on quality and conversion.
• Campaign setup, optimisation, and scaling across channels.
• Funnel performance including lead quality, conversion rates, and CAC.
• Data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Collaboration with sales, programme, and leadership teams to align on outcomes.
• Continuous experimentation with new channels, creatives, and strategies.
• Improving lead quality while maintaining scale.
• Reducing CAC and improving overall growth efficiency.
• Bridging the gap between marketing leads and actual conversions.
• Identifying and fixing bottlenecks across the acquisition funnel.
• Building a predictable and scalable growth engine.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, growth strategies, and lead generation.
• Experience in running and optimising paid campaigns across major platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and metrics.
• Good intuition for audience targeting, messaging, and positioning.
• High ownership mindset with a bias for execution.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice To Have

• Experience in edtech, upskilling, or similar domains.
• Exposure to AI tools or automation in marketing workflows.
