Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Investment \& Strategic Project Support

  • Support the evaluation and execution of strategic investment opportunities across Europe.
  • Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, and commercial

due diligence.

  • Ability to develop and maintain financial models, business cases, and investment

valuation analyses.

  • Prepare investment committee materials, management presentations, and strategic reports.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution.

Joint Venture \& Partnership Management

  • Support the development and management of strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
  • Track project milestones, governance requirements, and action items.
  • Assist in the preparation of Board, Steering Committee, and shareholder meeting

materials.

  • Coordinate communication between headquarters, local teams, and external partners.

Post-Investment Management

  • Support financial and operational reporting processes.
  • Identify risks and improvement opportunities across invested projects.
  • Assist in subsidy applications, compliance reviews, and strategic planning initiatives.

Project Management \& Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams involving finance, legal, engineering,

operations, and external advisors.

  • Manage project documentation, trackers, and reporting tools.
  • Support interactions with consultants, banks, law firms, and government agencies.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration,

Engineering, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.

Preferred

  • German language proficiency (but not required)
  • Overseas study and/or working experience.
  • Previous experience in:
  • Corporate Investment
  • M\&A
  • Strategy Consulting
  • Big Four Advisory
  • Infrastructure Investment
  • Energy Transition
  • Automotive or Mobility sectors
  • Familiarity with renewable energy, battery technologies, EV infrastructure, V2G, energy storage, or electric mobility ecosystems
