Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Product based in San Luis Obispo, CA. The Head of Product will drive the development and execution of the company's product strategy and vision. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle, conducting market research, identifying customer needs, and ensuring cross-functional team alignment. The Head of Product will work closely with various teams to drive innovation, optimize current offerings, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Product Strategy, Market Research, and identifying customer needs and opportunities
• Proven expertise in Product Management, including leading cross-functional teams and managing product roadmaps
• Excellent Analytical Skills and an ability to interpret data for informed decision-making
• Exceptional Communication abilities to articulate vision, align stakeholders, and drive team collaboration
• Experience in a leadership role within product management or a related field
• Knowledge of the healthcare or health benefits industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
