About the Role

StoreEase is at an inflection point. EaseOS - our AI-native operating platform purpose-built for self-storage is deployed across over 400 properties, and we’re just getting started. The self-storage industry represents a massive market opportunity, and we’re positioned to be a leader in the asset class. We’re building the sales team that will help solidify our growth. We’re looking for a Sales Director who brings the horsepower to close SaaS deals independently and the vision to help shape how we scale.

This isn’t just a quota role. As one of our early senior sales hires, you’ll have direct input into our go-to-market strategy, messaging, and sales process. The right person will have a clear path to leading a team as we grow. We’re looking for someone who wants to build, not just sell.

You don’t need to come from self-storage. You need a track record of selling transformational SaaS, and the intellectual curiosity to quickly become the most knowledgeable EaseOS expert in the room.

Location

Ideally the candidate will be located in Nashville, TN, but we are open to remote or hybrid for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for mid-to-large self-storage owners and operators across the country.
  • Develop and execute a national account plan that builds a consistent, healthy pipeline with strong coverage across your target market.
  • Deliver consultative, tailored demonstrations of EaseOS, including the AI Voice Agent, Ease Connect, and Virtual Console Suite with the ability to connect platform capabilities directly to each prospect’s operational and revenue challenges.
  • Develop deep expertise in the self-storage industry to credibly advise operators on how AI-driven automation can transform their customer experience and bottom line.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets; forecast accurately and maintain rigorous CRM hygiene.
  • Serve as a key voice in shaping our sales playbook, messaging, and competitive positioning as we scale.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless prospect-to-customer journey and feed market intelligence back into the organization.
  • Represent StoreEase at industry events, trade shows, and self-storage conferences, building your network and the company’s brand in the market.
  • As the team grows, have the opportunity to mentor junior sales talent and, for the right person, step into a distinguised sales leadership role.

What We're Looking For

  • 8\+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a quota-carrying, full-cycle closing role.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota, including closing multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills - you lead with questions, listen deeply, and build solutions around real business problems rather than features.
  • Experience selling complex SaaS solutions with multiple stakeholders and longer deal cycles.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and a disciplined, data-driven approach to pipeline management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; compelling presenter over video and in person.
  • Self-directed and highly organized - you manage your own time and book of business without needing close oversight.
  • A genuine interest in building: you want to leave this sales org better than you found it.

What Sets You Apart

  • Background selling into property management, hospitality tech, facilities software, franchise systems, or other verticals serving mid-to-large operators (preferred).
  • Experience selling to owner-operators or executives at multi-site companies; comfortable navigating both the economic buyer and end user (preferred).
  • Experience selling AI or automation platforms where you had to help buyers understand a new category of value.
  • You’ve been an early sales hire at a growth-stage company and know how to create structure and process in an evolving environment.
  • Ambition to grow into a sales leadership role as the organization scales.
