Job Summary
We are looking for a multi-skilled Associate Creative Director (ACD) to support and report directly to the Creative Director. This role is responsible for leading creative teams across multiple accounts, ensuring the quality of ideas and execution from concept to delivery. The ACD will inspire internal teams, act as a key creative voice in client-facing meetings, and help maintain the agency’s creative standards while delivering business-driven solutions for world-renowned brands.
Job Responsibilities

- Ensure all creative work reflects a strong

big idea" aligned with strategy and brand objectives.
- Oversee and manage the timely delivery of all projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Strategy, Business Development, and Account teams to develop and implement effective creative strategies.
- Proactively monitor and improve the quality of ideation, art, and copy at all stages.
- Research, explore, and propose innovative creative approaches and solutions.
- Manage creative workflows, meetings, work reviews, and scheduling in a flexible and effective manner.
- Anticipate potential risks or issues and resolve them proactively; escalate to the Creative Director when needed.
- Attend client meetings, present creative work, identify opportunities, and build client trust.
- Maintain and uphold the agency’s creative philosophy and output standards.
- Act as a confident creative partner to clients alongside the Creative Director.
Required Skills / Abilities
- Strong creative vision with a business-driven mindset.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to inspire and manage creative teams.
- Strong project, people, and resource management skills.
- Solid understanding of integrated campaigns, digital, and social media trends.
- Comfortable presenting and communicating ideas to clients.
- Strong command of English.
Experience and Education
- Minimum 10 years of experience in creative advertising agencies.
- At least 1 year in an Associate Creative Director role.
- Experience working with diversified clients (FMCG, F\&B, Cosmetics, Automobile, Pharmaceuticals, etc.).
- Preferably experienced in integrated creative campaigns.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
