What You'll Be Doing

Recruiters

• Source, recruit, and interview candidates for a variety of professional and technical positions
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and job boards
• Manage candidates throughout the hiring process
• Develop relationships with job seekers and serve as a trusted career resource
• Partner with Account Managers to deliver top talent to clients

Account Managers

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Identify new business opportunities and grow accounts
• Learn client hiring needs and provide workforce solutions
• Coordinate with recruiting teams to fill open positions quickly and effectively
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, customer service, or account management experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
