TTC Group is seeking an experienced

Principal Consultant / Senior Business Analyst

to support the delivery of technology-driven solutions for government agencies. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, improve processes, and help implement digital solutions that enhance service delivery across federal, state, and local government organizations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and process mapping to understand current and future state workflows.
• Produce key documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Support the design and optimization of government service workflows and citizen engagement platforms.
• Collaborate on system integrations and cloud-based platform implementations.
• Develop and execute test cases and UAT plans and facilitate UAT sessions.
• Track defects, feedback, and enhancement requests to ensure quality delivery.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
• Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new systems.

Requirements

• 5\+ years of experience as a Business Consultant or Business Analyst.
• Recent 5 years of experience working in a Waterfall environment (mandatory).
• 3\+ years of experience within the Public Sector.
• Experience supporting digital transformation and enterprise system implementations.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with public sector regulations such as FedRAMP, FISMA, HIPAA, and CJIS.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications

• CBAP or PMI-PBA
• CSM or PMP
