Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis, highlighting key business drivers and recommending actionable insights.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to analyze production costs, efficiency metrics, and margin improvements.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reports for senior leadership.
• Drive financial process improvements, including automation and enhanced reporting systems.
• Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and business case development.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and operational efficiency.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for executive leadership and board meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• 2\+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and business analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial data clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
