Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Field Marketing \& Brand Activation Coordinator to support retail excellence and in-market brand presence across the region. Reporting into Marketing leadership, this role ensures consistent physical and digital brand execution at retail, including merchandising standards, menu accuracy, and promotional alignment.
The Coordinator supports store trainings, in-store activations, trade shows, and community engagement initiatives to drive brand visibility and retailer satisfaction. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong retail partnerships, managing field resources and promotional assets, accurately tracking activity in HubSpot, and relaying actionable market insights to inform Sales and Marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- Field Marketing and Brand Activation skills, including experience coordinating events, sampling programs, and in-store activations.
- Market Planning capabilities to support local go-to-market strategies, promotional calendars, and territory-level initiatives.
- Lead Generation experience in event or field settings, with a focus on capturing consumer interest and driving traffic to retail partners.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and comfort engaging diverse audiences.
- Sales support skills, such as partnering with sales teams, understanding retail dynamics, and promoting products in a compliant, education-focused manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Syracuse, NY and travel regularly to NYC and surrounding areas for activations and events.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cannabis, consumer packaged goods, or beverage/spirits industries is preferred, along with knowledge of New York market regulations.
- Proficiency with basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office) and comfort using digital reporting or CRM tools.
