Position Title: Curam Reports Developer

Location: Durham, NC(Hybrid)

Interview Process: Webcam or In-person

We are looking for a skilled Curam Reports Developer to support Medicaid reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, and BI tools, along with exposure to the IBM Curam framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain Medicaid reporting solutions, dashboards, and semantic models
• Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL queries and database objects
• Build and manage ETL processes and data warehouse solutions
• Develop analytics using Azure Synapse (SQL pools, pipelines, Spark)
• Create dashboards using Power BI
• Collaborate with business teams for requirements and enhancements
• Troubleshoot defects and ensure data accuracy
• Mentor junior team members

Required Skills:

• 5\+ years of Oracle PL/SQL experience
• Strong SQL and data modeling expertise
• Experience with ETL and data warehousing
• Hands-on Azure Synapse Analytics experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with IBM Curam and BIRT
• Knowledge of Power BI, Python, PySpark, Spark SQL
• Experience with BI tools (Business Objects/BIRT)

Additional Requirement:

• Must be a local candidate and available for onsite work as needed
