As a qualified staff nurse, you will be a key member of the multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality personal care to patients. You will carry out a range of care tasks, ensuring safe, person-centred support in line with NHS Highland policies. The role includes maintaining care standards, participating in ongoing training, and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Flexibility with shifts is necessary as sometimes you will be expected to work in clinics.

• Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part-time hours will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
